Hailing from Australia and now residing in the USA, The Squared Division is a complete boutique production house offering services to music artists, concert tours, theatre, broadcast events, fashion, corporate events and more.

Established and run by two of the industries highly respected Creative Directors and Choreographers, Antony Ginandjar and Ashley Evans, The Squared Division provides unique and bespoke creative concepts for their clients and will lead their outstanding team of production designers, lighting designers, video content creators, casting directors, stylists, hair and make up artists and more to execute these concepts to their highest potential making them unforgettable, theatrical experiences. 


The Squared Division (Antony Ginandjar and Ashley Evans) is an Australian creative powerhouse that conceive & design performances with their cutting edge Creative Direction and Choreography for stage and screen.

Since relocating their business to Los Angeles in 2012, the duo have worked with some of the biggest names in pop music, creative directing and/or choreographing live performances for clients including ARIANA GRANDE, NICKI MINAJ, TAYLOR SWIFT, RICKY MARTIN, IGGY AZALEA, NICK JONAS, DEMI LOVATO, KYLIE MINOGUE, JENNIFER HUDSON, PITBULL, KE$HA, RITA ORA and JESSIE J.

In 2017 & 2018 the boys have been the creative direction and choreography team behind KATY PERRY, working on her Glastonbury Festival show, and both her MTV Video Music Awards and The Voice Australia performances. In the world of concert touring, most recently, The Squared Division directed and choreographed KATY PERRY’s “Witness: The World Tour” 2017-2018, and prior to this directed “NICK JONAS Live In Concert” US Tour 2015 and were the directors and choreographers for KE$HA’s “Get Sleazy” World Tour 2011 and “Warrior” World Tour 2013.

In 2013/2014 the boys were honoured to be the chosen choreographic team behind BRITNEY SPEARS’ Las Vegas residency “Piece Of Me”, which ran for 4 years, selling 1 million tickets over 250 shows and taking out a Best of Las Vegas award 2015 for ‘Best Show’. They again worked with Britney, choreographing the music video for her single “Work Bitch!”.

Within the Latin music realm, The Squared Division have been the creative directors, consulting producers and supervising choreographers for Univision network’s three major broadcast Latin music award shows - 18th Annual Latin Grammy Awards (2018), Premio Lo Nuestro (2017 & 2018) & Premios Juventud (2017 & 2018) - creating performances for artist such as J BALVIN, MALUMA, WISIN & YANDEL, DADDY YANKEE, LAURA PAUSINI, ROMEO & BAD BUNNY.

The Squared Division are also no strangers to live reality television. In early 2018, Casey Patterson Entertainment (in conjunction with the Michael Jackson estate) engaged the duo to creative direct Lip Sync Battle Live: A Michael Jackson Celebration, to launch the new Paramount Network on USA cable TV. In 2017, Simon Cowell of Syco Entertainment and FremantleMedia appointed the duo as creative directors and supervising choreographers for the 14th season of The X Factor UK. In 2016, the boys creative directed and choreographed season 2 of La Banda (USA). Prior to this, from 2011-2016, for six consecutive seasons, The Squared Division were the creative direction and choreographic team behind The X Factor Australia, which in 2013 took home the TV Week Logie Award forMost Outstanding Light Entertainment Program’. In 2015, FremantleMedia Asia and Syco Entertainment made the boys creative Directors and choreographers for Asia’s Got Talent - the world’s first ever pan-continental edition of the hit format. Other television shows The Squared Division have worked on include American Idol XIV (USA), The Late Late Show With James Cordon, Saturday Night Live, The Ellen DeGeneres Show, The Graham Norton Show, The Voice (US & AUS), Conan, Jimmy Kimmel, So You Think You Can Dance Australia, Dancing With The Stars Australia, and broadcasted award shows including American Music Awards, MTV Video Music Awards, Billboard Music Awards, Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards (USA), iHeartRadio Music Awards, Radio Disney Music Awards, and Canada’s Much Music Awards.

This talented duo have a passion for directing music video’s and have been the director/choreographer team behind video’s for Redfoo’s “Get Juicy”, Courtney Act’s (of RuPaul’s Drag Race) “Body Parts”, Zoe Badwi’s “Shoot Me Down” as well as the director of Havana Brown’s “Battle Cry” and “Ba*Bing” video’s, and Zoe Badwi’s “Carry Me Home”.

In the world of major, outdoor live productions, the duo were the show directors and choreographers for the Australian 2010 NRL Grand Final pre-game performance, featuring music artists Jessica Mauboy and Justice Crew, as well as for KYLIE MINOGUE’s 2012 Formula 1 Grand Prix Yasalam After-Race Concert staged at the du Arena, Abu Dhabi. The Squared Division also directed and choreographed Australian music artist Havana Brown’s performance at the AFC Asian Cup 2015 closing ceremony in Australia.
